Loading the TB treatment journey tracker. It runs only in your browser and asks for no name, ID or phone number.
Private by design

This tool runs only in your browser. It never asks for your name, Ni-kshay ID, phone number, Aadhaar or bank details, and nothing you choose is uploaded or sent anywhere. Anything saved stays on this device only.

How this tool works

Enter the date you started treatment and choose your treatment type. For drug-sensitive TB, the tracker uses the programme’s 8-week intensive phase and 16-week continuation phase, marks the usual sputum test points, and lists follow-up checks 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after treatment. For longer or drug-resistant courses, enter the length your doctor told you. It never shows medicines or doses.

  1. Enter your start date

    From your treatment card.

  2. Choose the treatment type

Drug-sensitive standard course, a longer course set by your doctor, or drug-resistant.

  3. Watch the recovery ring fill

Days passed and days to go, with the intensive phase shaded.

  4. Tick your dose diary

Ticks are saved only on this device. Download the PDF diary to print and stick on the wall.

Never stop or change TB medicines on your own

Do not stop, skip or change your TB medicines without talking to your doctor or DOTS provider, even if you feel better. Stopping early can bring TB back and can make it drug-resistant.

Contact your health facility at once if you have:

  • yellow eyes or yellow skin, or dark urine with pale stools
  • any change in your eyesight, such as blurring or trouble seeing colours
  • severe or repeated vomiting, or you cannot keep food down
  • a skin rash, itching with swelling, or blisters

Frequently asked questions

Does the tracker tell me which medicines to take?

No. It shows dates only. Your doctor or DOTS provider decides your medicines.

What if I miss a day?

Do not take extra to make up. Tell your provider. See missed doses.

Is my diary shared with my health facility?

No. It stays on your device. Your official adherence record is kept by your treatment supporter and Ni-kshay.
