- Independent: we are not the government and do not imitate it.
- Plain words, short sentences, Hindi summaries, and regional language pages where people need them.
- No diagnosis online: symptom pages always point to a free test.
- No doses or medicine changes: treatment pages explain at overview level and say never to stop or change medicines without your doctor.
- Respect and dignity: no stigma, no blame, no frightening images.
- Clear labels for advertising and sponsored content.
